Overview: This campaign targeted a unique DMA with the ideal messaging and advertising at the ideal time. Near the start of this campaign, other home insurance providers began shedding customers and retreating from the area. While the organization would’ve naturally received some benefit of those providers leaving, without this awareness campaign, there would’ve been much less awareness to seek Kin out. In addition, our partnership with a trusted local media outlet Audacy, during Mardi Gras, a most beloved time of year, utilizing trusted local personalities provided a voice for Kin Insurance as a legitimate, trusted provider.

● Notes: I’m always looking for new opportunities for my toolbox. I enjoy researching new opportunities and channels and we needed to juice sales at a time when the competition had better offers and budget-wise, we couldn’t match. I had the Iheart media team’s offering in my back pocket to pull the trigger when the timing was right. Within 2 weeks, I launched a cross-promotional campaign with their morning streaming-radio personalities, combining their engaging digital videos with targeted digital ads. From that we received 200,000 weekly impressions and solid click-thru and conversions to deliver the EOY bump we needed to hit budget.
